Terms and Conditions
All graphic images are licensed for viewing purposes only. Downloading and/or saving these images is a violation of copyright law. Printing is allowed for your own personal use.
You will not harass others through use of this service or use vulgar, racist, sexually explicit or other offensive language. You will not advertise or forward chain letters. You will not use the service to libel, defame or slander any person. You will not use the service to infringe the privacy rights of any other person. You accept full responsibility for charges incurred from other providers used to access the service. We are not responsible for the use of any personal information you may choose to disclose via the service.
Precision Computer Systems does not:

Except for content which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, distribute or sell such content.

PRECISION COMPUTER SYSTEMS PROVIDES SERVICE "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE. Certain jurisdictions limit the applicability of warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability so the above disclaimers of warranty and liability may not apply to you, the user of the service.
This agreement is entered into in Lee County, Florida. You agree that Florida law shall govern the Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this service shall be subject to the federal and state courts in Lee County, Florida.
